Default approval while out of country

I received emails regarding card production and approval.
Right now I am out of country on AP no valid Visa.
While returning back at POE will I have any problems?
When I will try to enter on AP do I need to inform the immigration officers about this new status change.
Any one has experience on this?

This is one of the reason, it is always recommended to travel with an AP. If you are also having non-immigrant status, it is void with the approval of the GC. Since you have AP, you should be fine. In the POE, the system will show you as a LPR, based on your A# and the Immigration Officer will let you know on this. Congratulation on your GC Approval. Do you mind sharing your PD/Country of Chargeability and EB Category.

Congrats to OP on GC approval. You are OK with AP in hand at POE.

In this new IV feature along with poster name you can see their details in side window which can cut down our searching their profie or posting an Q to know details on chargeability.

Thanks

Agree - this is the only way to travel and the fact that you were out of country when GC was approved allows you to use AP one time to come back...

Congratulations...

But what happens if you are out of the country and you are not on AP, you are say on H1-b visa only and your GC is approved. Can you not come back to US at all ?

Usually when LPR is approved the non immigrant status goes away. So not sure if the H is still valid at POE. Does anybody has information on this? Can somebody mail the cards to the H holders and can they come in using that?

Incorrect! Please do not spread wrong information.

Person can be admitted on H/L visa or AP for deferred inspection, if I-485 is approved while person is outside USA.

For more details, I suggest please do more reading (or talk to your attorney) about deferred inspection.
