HI GUYS,
me and my spouse filed 1485 in july 2007 with a received date of 10/07/07.
we donot see anychanges online other than the case received and pending notice.
is there a way we can find the status of our case.if name check is cleared,any further finger printing as we only did once in 2007.ours is eb3.any input highly appreciated.

Mine is a NSC-CSC-NSC 485, july 2nd filer, with Apr 2007 EB2 Priority.
I got Hard and soft LUDs on 2/5/09 and 2/10/09 resp.
Hard LUD says, my case is now pending. (before it was 'this case has been transfered ...).
No idea wht the soft LUD means, might be no RFE.

BTW, I used EAD and also filed AC21 thru my lawyer.

There was LUD update on my i-485 on 02/05/2009 and 02/10/2009 with no change in the content of the message. Not sure what the update is for. Similarly there was LUD update on my wife's I-485 on 02/10/2009 and 02/11/2009 without any change in the content of the message.

This is exactly why I asked you if you could share the details of your RFE. My attorney had asked me to submit affidavits from my parents since I did not have birth ceritificate. Is this the same issue with yours? Could you share the details if you don't mind?

Both my wife and I got RFEs in October for medical test and now the status shows "Case Resumed".

How do you find out if your case is Pre-Adjudicated?
