Default Possible adjudication of all pending cases.
Not sure if something is cooking at USCIS, last week an USCIS office called my attroney to get clarification on why we (my wife and I) are residing at separate addresses. We are in the process of relocation (company moved), my wife chose to continue her employment while she's searching for opportunities in the new location. The officer stated that they are trying to adjudicate the cases ASAP, hence he's inquiring to ensure there isnt any marriage fraud. My attorney responsed back will all the possible evidence to proved we are together.

Has anyone had a similar experience.

My PD: Aug 2004
Cat: EB3 India.

Is your case at NSC? I have definitely noticed a pattern of pre-adjudcation activity from NSC for cases filed in July-August 2007.

I noticed that too, especially if the PD is 2003 or 2004, both EB2 and EB3.

That's interesting. This is the first TSC case of pre-adjudication activity for EB3-I with PD similar to yours that I have noticed in the forums.

Forgot to mention, my attorney did state that their office received an approval 2 weeks back whose priority date was not even close to current. She did not share the specifics.

I just checked my online status and it doesnt have any updates since 2007, states its received and pending... Not sure how current is the online info.

Cases are being pre-adjucated, So there are RFEs and other inquiries...After this, they will wait for visa number in PD Queue....which is a good thing...This assures there will be no wastage this year....

Anycase, it looks like there will be significant forward movement...

My estimate

EB2I will enter 2005 in next 2 bulletins.
EB3I into 2003 in next 2 bulletins.

Cat: EB3 India.
A soft LUD today 03/04 on my/wife's I-485 application.

I see lot of cases of EB2-I with PDs of 2005/06 and EB3- I with PDs 2003/04 have recentely received LUDs/RFEs.

Let's wait what next visa bulletin says !

Any one else with recent LUDs on their I-485s ?

Default TSC I-140 approved
My I-140 approved at TSC on 02/23 and my attorney received the approval notice.
But the online status is still showing the case as pending. I thik TSC is offline on the status now.
