Priority date current but family in india

My priority date is current now. I am on EB2 priority date is october 2007. My family has been to india last year for vacation and their visa stamping is denied and the my case returned back to USCIS for review. My case with USCIS is under review only. My family members went again for visa stamping. They have received the letter that till my case with USCIS is resolved they will not get the visa stamping again. In this situation what are the options for me to get green card for me and my family members. Experts please share your experiences.

Call them back to file the 485

You have no option left than to wait for them to get their visa and file their 485 when they return. You are in a catch-22 situation, if you file your 485 and get your Green Card before they arrive then their Dependent status will be come invalid. Talk to an immigration attorney.
