Default Please help prewailing wage determination for EB2

I work for a university and advt for an Eb2 position under the OES code

15-1031 Computer Software Engineers, Applications

However when searching for the prevwailing wage on the OES wage determination site it says the wage for 15-1031 does not exist in the higher education database (ACWIA)...

http://www.flcdatacenter.com/OesQuic...ear=9&source=2

How do I get the prevaiwaling wage in this case?

I cannot use the All indutries database since the level 3 wage for 15-1031 is higher than the wage offered...

Also,

There is an equivalent

15-1034 Computer Software Engineers, Applications Non R&D which has the wage infromation available under the Higher Education Database (ACWIA)

Can I apply under the 15-1034 for PERM even though my state job order was applied under 15-1031..The job titles and decriptions match

You need to ask the lawyer about how he is going to find the prevailing wage for 15-1031. If he does not know, then it might be better to redo the advertisement with the right job code.

Anyway, the wage on LC has to be paid when you get the GC, i.e., this is the wage for the *future* job offer. Your present wage could be lower, but that typically will result into RFE.

My company does not have a lawyer and redoing the advt is not an option
