How come EB2 China remains unchanged, how is China any different from EB2I backlog, This is plain discrimination on us EB INDIA folks and what does this moving dates back/forth really mean? Dont they have to answer any higher ups about erratic visa date movement ? I just don't get it!!!

Visa unaviablity back to 10th century ---June Visa Bulletin. ( I am EB3, expected EB2 will revert back couple of years, but not back to 10the century.

Looks like Obama and team is driving out Indians and employement visas, and giving prefernce to family visas, who knows...

I think he is re-shaping America in all fronts--and in the process destroying, what America stands for....may be Rush Limba is right after all.

One thing is clear, USCIS doesn't want to make EB2 I as unavailable. At the same time they don't want to issue any more visas too. JAN01 2000 is practically same as unavailable. It would be interesting to see if any approval comes in the month of June for pre-adjudication cases. May be they want to have a better picture of the spill-over numbers before they do anything about EB2 I dates.

May be this is done to pressurize India to open for US farm imports.
Washington Post mentioned US started a commission to study Indian trade polices.
India in return doing similar study on US trade policy and Farm Subsidies.

I have been looking around and every time there is blame game on h1b, Indians are being pointed out. I agree most h1b are Indians but not 100%.

Two Bay Area radio channels have taken this matter (h1b people taking up jobs) in last 1.5 week and they have not presented facts properly. I tried to call Ron Owen at KGO when someone was giving some crap-facts and I was on hold forever. Tried to send him an email but guess what he could never get to it and the show ended.

I dont know what is going on here with the legal immigrant community but am sure that there is something fishy behind Jun 2009 VB. I dont want to use harsh words so will just leave it at - it sucks big time.

Its all what is right for US and how to get there.

If Indians want open access to US job market, they should be ready for more imports from US.

This is Good news for EB2 and EB3 India. At least they will live in reality now and stop thinking that their greencard will be in hand anyways in a short time. They will also stop going to anti-IV tracker sites and help those people make money off us. They will start realizing that they need to work hard on IV action items and stop tracking . This community deserves to be screwed for its apathy towards doing anything or even contributing a mere $25. I feel vindicated in my belief that majority of people struggling for greencards are bunch of cowards and lazy people who want to sit at home enjoying slurpee and their wide screen TV and blame others for their problems. Good job DOS!!

This bulletin will also make lawyers, employers and anti-immigrants very happy.

FOIA should establish what is the criteria for pushing back the numbers. We need to start focusing more on that. If this is not a wake up call to the EB2's(who thought they are immune to delays unlike Eb3) then I don't know what will be.

Start working with IV to push the agenda and get some credible answers from USCIS to which can be held answerable.

There are still visas available thats why EB2 I is not U. They may be having old cases approvable prior to 2000 (Labor sub or PD porting or genuine cases) so they moved dates back to 2000 so that the visa usage will be optimum.
