I140 and 290B pending with AAO and I485 denied and transferred to another office

My I140 revoked by CIS after 2 yrs saying, approved in error. It got approved under EB2, suppose to approve in EB3 due to lawyer mistake. Before approval lawyer sent I140 amendment to correct the category. Still my I140 got approved in EB2.

And my company filed MTR on I140 along with I290B application. Both were waiting with AAO. After 5 months I1485 got denied and next day its been transferred to another office. I have called CIS Customer Service, for change of address but they sent letter saying its been transferred to AAO so they can't change the address.

I'm using valid EAD it expired Oct 2012, will I have issues when I apply for EAD extension? Does anyone have similar issue? I'm legal to stay or to leave the country?

Sorry to hear abt your situation. 485 denial invalidates EAD. You cannot work now. I am not too sure of tha AOS status. Consult a good immigration lawyer ASAP. There is free laywer conf call this Thursday here in IV, take advantage of that.

I have applied for H1B extension and waiting for decision. Not sure what to do at this time. I never got offical denial notice for 485/EAD. So I'm still using my valid EAD.

Is your I140 revoked? Can you update your profile OR tell us about your I140 & I485 status? When did u applied? which center? Category?

you are messing up with already messed-up USCIS. i would suggest you to take info pass and visit local USCIS immediately. i have very bad experience with update/letters from USCIS never going out to the candidate/employer/attorney. Take help from local congressmen/senators if required. that way it worked for me quicker than calling/visiting local USCIS.

This is the Time line of my Case:
Company Vision Systems Group joined in 2003:
-Labor applied: Dec 22, 2003, approved on Oct 02, 2006
-I-140 applied Date: July 01, 2007
-I-140 Received Date: July 01, 2007
-I-140 Notice Date: July 003, 2007
-Do not know whether got any RFE on I140.
-Opened Service Request on I-140: Nov 19, 2008
- Letters written by Local Congress Member: July 09, and Feb 11, 2009.
- Received replies saying ‘It has been selected for Extended security review independent of FBI name check and fingerprints
-Received alert mail on Feb 14, 2012 saying the I-140 has been denied and notice is sent to the Attorney
- Applied I-485 application, EAD and Advance Parole for Self and spouse: July 01, 2007
- USCIS misplaced the entire bundle of my applications.
- Reconstructed the entire case and submitted again but No reply
-Again with the intervention of the Local Congress man they issued Receipt Notice on June 05, 2008 (After more than 1 year)
- Issued EAD and Advance Parole.
- Got RFE on I-485 Application on Nov 05, 2009 asking Employment Verification letter and photos.
-Submitted reply with document on Dec 0, 2009
- Received alert mail on Feb 24, 2012 saying the I485 has been denied as under lying I-140 was denied.
- The attorney received the denial copies on March 03, 2012

Under the above sequence of events, it is very important to take into account the happenings in Vision Systems Group Inc, NJ (VSGINC)
USCIS raided and booked VSG Inc for some wrong activities in some other states which none of the innocent employees like me has no means to know the details. We were constantly given false assurances saying that all the genuine employees will not be affected and their immigration process will go on. I have been in USA since 1999 and was never out of status and no adverse remarks whatsoever.

But in somewhere in October 2009 the VSG Inc was closed down by USCIS.
I have started to use my EAD from November, 2009 since my I485 is pending for more that 2 years and I have been working with a direct vendor to the client.

Questions:
1.What are my options now?
2. I have EAD valid up to May, 2013.
Can I work during this period
3. Do I have to apply for an MTR for my dependents also or just me?
4. After filing the MTR is it safe or needed to file new Perm labor and I-140 from a new Company.
5. Do I acquire any illegal status due to the notices?
6. What are chances for successful MTR when the such Companies are closed for their miss deeds time lines it may take.
7. The attorney says that he did not get the I-140 denial notice and also says that they might have gone to Employer directly and could not have been delivered since no company is existing nor the persons whereabouts not known.
8. I do not wish to go with the earlier Lawyer(Employer’s) a s he is not competent.
9. I want to go with a Reputed Attorney like Ron Gotcher or Sheela Murhty whose success rate is very high.
10. Can the new Attorney get the I-140 information from the concerned timely to file the MTR
