Arrow Need IV Help

IV Core,

I know IV has good relations with USCIS and Ombudsman. I am requesting help from IV.

Since many people are trying to port from EB3 to EB2 yet there is no clear cut guideline/process prescribed by USCIS for applicants to follow.

Can IV help getting some clarifications from USCIS about clear steps to be followed by people who is trying to port after 140 EB2 is approved.

Any help is this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thanks is advance.

The question is unclear. so not sure exactly what you seek.
The process is well defined. For eb2 the applicant has to go through labor and 140 stage . Any question on application process can be asked in the immigration voice attorney free conference call. We do not really think there is any issue here.

hold on, your profile says that your EB-2 and you say that "people" who have EB2 140 approved.....what are you trying to port to exactly?

What I am requesting is when people get their EB2 140 approved with Old PD on EB3 and with same A number as old 140 what process they follow to notify USCIS that they have new 140 approved in EB2 category and their 485 application should be linked to new EB2 140.

There is no formal process now. People try SR, congressman, Infopass, sending letters, emails...

I was hoping USCIS clarifies clear procedures after new 140 approval.

Hope I am clear.

Thank you for your response.
