Default AMIE with 10 yrs of EXPS for EB2

Hi,
I have AMIE degree in Electronics and communciation Engg and have more then 10 yrs of progressive exprience with some related certification on the field and technology i am working on.Is it possible that i am eligible for EB2 with 10 yrs of experince with exceptional ability category.

well, with my experience i can say, attorneys are not always right.

To answer OP's questions, depends on how USCIS looks at it. Get education eval done from good evaluators. Hiring a good law firm to do the PERM and I140 would certainly help.

You Should be able to get through, Here what my closest buddy did and has a GC now.
Get an eval done, Since AMIE is equivalent to a four year degree, You should have no issue. but that is the key "equivalent to a four year degree" and your major. Get the experience letters (with supervisors phone numbers if possible).
