Work Experience documents required for GC and other general questions
Hello friends.
I have few questions regarding documents required for GC.
1)what documents do i require from work experience point of view ?
like work experience letter ? etc. do i need salary slips ? because i don't have salary slips with me.
2)If i have masters degree from USA and 2 years experience can i apply in EB2 category?
3)do internship experience counts, since i have done 9 months of internship apart from 2 yrs work experience.
4) have 1.5 years of experience in current company , and i am sure that will not be counted.
is it counted ?
5) I am from ATL GA , with approx salary between 65 -70 k range.
6) will i be eligible in EB-2 ?
so my current exp is : 2 + 9 months +[1.5 - current which is -> not counted]
total EXP counted for GC - 2 years 9 month
Am i eligible for GC in EB-2 ?
