Don't waste your time on this. The president cannot fix this.

If anything only Congress has the power to make and amend laws concerning immigration.

Furthermore, the USCIS and DOL have vastly improved their processes and have improved their processing to adhere to reasonable timelines compared to the last few years.

The real bottleneck is limited immigrant visa number availability due to country based restriction and lack of visa recapture. That is the real issue that needs to be addressed short of changing the immigration system completely (for e.g. going to a points based system).

If anything, please work IV core and other associated organization to identify specific issues and contact relevant people who can effect a change (members of the congress).

A focused targeted campaign is what yields result. Just shooting in the dark is not going to yield results.
