work on lower salary on EAD ?

is it possible to work on a lower salary on EAD when compared to salry mention on Labor ? obviously the the job is still going to be in IT

A random rfe can create issues I guess. Might be safe so long as the original job offer with the salary mentioned in the labor is still open.

You should target not below the prevailing rate determined in your labor. If it was long before, then check current rates Prevailing Wage Rates
Your job should be in similar category. Though Network admin and Software developer are IT, yet they are treated different with codes.

I am NOT an expert on this but just a thought isn't GC filed based on future employement ?

Then why will the wage come when you are saying i will work for the company after GC.

I may be wrong. Any thoughts ????

My understanding is, it is future job as long as you are not using its derived benefits ie EAD.Once you use EAD, you are coverting future job to current, hence the compliance.

lets use "EB3 ROW unused visa" instead of "spill"
