A random rfe can create issues I guess. Might be safe so long as the original job offer with the salary mentioned in the labor is still open.

You should target not below the prevailing rate determined in your labor. If it was long before, then check current rates Prevailing Wage Rates
Your job should be in similar category. Though Network admin and Software developer are IT, yet they are treated different with codes.

I am NOT an expert on this but just a thought isn't GC filed based on future employement ?

Then why will the wage come when you are saying i will work for the company after GC.

I may be wrong. Any thoughts ????

My understanding is, it is future job as long as you are not using its derived benefits ie EAD.Once you use EAD, you are coverting future job to current, hence the compliance.

I stand for corrections!

I am no expert in this calculation, if it lifts the spirits up little bit...here is my guestimate out of frustimate...

http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Empl...utOffDates.pdf

shows..Row pending of 7K, and may get current by Mar/April 2013. The spill over should kick in flowing directly into EB3-I bucket. There could be 5-6K infront of you and at the rate of 2427 visa per month, you can cross your fingers for jul/Aug 2013.

And now..for above guestimate , ....let the criticks shoot the canons on me...

Yes, thats correct.
please see the copy paste from the
http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Empl...utOffDates.pdf
"Unused numbers can “fall-down” from E1 to E2 to E3. Unused numbers can “fall-up” from E4 and E5 to E1. This is
taken into consideration when setting monthly/annual targets for number use based on historical/recent patterns."

If eligible , they may allow the unused to EB3-I ( being first in line FIFO) on monthly basis also, at worst at the end of Aug/Sept 2013?
