Hello experts,

How long does it take to get the ETA 9089 document in mail after getting email that PERM application is approved?

My lawyer informed me that they got an email that my PERM application is approved on Jan 14, 2013. Wondering why they have not received the actual approval document in mail yet.

i am in the same boat, but its been just more than a week for me. approval date 1/25. Please update when you get the document. i know you must be eager to port while filing the i140. good luck.

Congrats to you guys on receiving approval notice of your PERM application.
Can you guys let me know how long did it take for your PERM to be approved ?

My Case: PERM applied on Aug 31 , got Audited on Nov 38. Sent all the required info again on Dec 5th, since then haven't heard anything. By when should I expect an response ? Since my case was audited what are the odds that it will get approved , Any suggestions ?

Dol is working on audit cases from may-2012. So yours will take few more weeks/months. I guess u already know the portal, anyways here's the link again

@MahaBharatGC, did you get your approved labor yet? i am still waiting to hear from my attorney.

sac-r-ten - Yes finally, they received it. Exactly after 1 month.

Feb 12th they received and the reason was that there was a delay in Mail Delivery System.

Now I am pushing them to file my I-140 asap...still not filed yet...
