Default What precaution and things need to be done when moving to a new company?

I know this question was asked several time, but never find all together in one thread.

What precaution and things need to be done when moving to a new company while my I-485 is pending more than 180 days and I-140 is cleared more than 180 days?

Experts please help.

Example
If I currently using company lawyer, should I change G28 form back to my name?

Thanks
Achu
