Hi All

I have a question. Say someone works for few years with H1, then have another status (may be F1) for sometime. Then if he gets a job and the employer files for H1 then is that H1 application will be counted against the yearly 65K quota? I read somewhere that if someone worked on H1 within last 6 years then the H1 is not counted within yearly quota. Is it right or I misunderstood?

you are right, you wont be counted under the quota.
