H1 Transfer

Company A filed for my L1,and I came to USA in Aug.Meanwhile i got my H1 approved for year 2007 by Company B.I am still working with Company A on L1.My questions are :
1.Do I need to File a Change of status if i want to go with H1.
2.can I transfer My H1 to Company C without working for Company B.Can i use my salary slips on L1 as proof of working .
Please help me
