Yes 3,6 & 7 items required from the person/bank/organisation is sponsoring the education expense.

Also I applied in Texas service center and approval came in 30-35 days.

Also make sure financial documents (e.g bank statements/letter from bank) should have equal or more funds available, mentioed in I-20 form which University/School will provide.

Attach the covering letter mentioning all the list of documents you will be submitting and nice letter for requesting the COS from H4 to F1

So you applied to TX service center... do we have a choice of which Service center we want to apply or we have to strictly apply to one for our region? We live in Virginia so can we apply in TX service center?

University advised us to apply in Texas, so we did that. It is better to take advise from Immigration department of University.

Hey Aashish .. i was filling the forms and had a question. Did you send the original I-94 (on which your wife came on H-4) alongwith the other documents to USCIS or did you just send a copy of old I-94 cards?
