Hi Gosearch,
Which location did you get into US?

Last time when I went to Canada, I still had 2 months in my passport for the visa to get expired, still the office asked me that yous visa is about to expire and you should get it stamped next time. I am sure he was not aware of the rule "automatic revalidation".

Does the location matter?

Hi,

Please guide me in this. I am on H1b right now. Was previously F1 visa. If I go to canada, can I come back to USA without getting stamped. Also, if I try to get stamped and gets denied, can I still come back to USA based on I-94.
