Default H1b(a) --> ead (b) --> h1b (c)

Hi All,

As I plan my next career move, I am checking to see if this sequence of employment authorization is possible. I have both H1B and EAD.

Current situation: I have my H1B with current employer, A.
Next Step in my career: I leave A and join B on EAD,
Next Step in my career: I leave B and join C. Can I switch to H1B when I join C.

Please advise.
