difficult to classify which company are good or bad, based on each one experience or interest they may like or may not like the company. some struck in a company due to retrogression too. if you are planning to switch company, decide based on your interest/family situation and see whether your future job can give you those. get help from your friends/jobsites like dice.com/monster.com/careerbuilder.com/hotjobs.com to see the job oppurtunities.....good luck.

Dude, Consulting Business mean making profit out of consulting and you are one of the tool for them....

And what would that list of "good consulting companies" have to do with IV? Or Employment-Based LEGAL IMMIGRATION?

Many of the threads posted here are not directly related to "Employment-Based Green Card Retrogression". Most of them are related to problems we immigrants face day after day.

I started this thread with a good intent. Many people who are searching for jobs are lured by "flashing advertisements" in sulekha. They find out the reality only once they start working for them and "Green Card" is sponsored.

So if each one of us can post about good consulting companies we know about, it will help the current job hunters. (By the way, as far as I know, the majority of us in this forum work as consultants rather than as full-time employees)

I think this thread is a great way for people to share their experiences with consulting companies. Nothing like first hand information from people who have lived and learnt. However let's keep it positive. No unnecessary rants, if someone feels their company is bad, then by all means state it, but I hope we do so in a reasonably civil manner so as to keep the moderator's job nice and easy

Well, as a matter of fact "employer is employer" - there is nothing called good or bad. Any employer can be bad during crunch times. Times have changed now and there is more scrutiny over consulting companies these days because they have lot of immigrants on payroll. Look for urself, your family, ur need etcc.. before changing jobs, be it consulting or fulltime. Sometimes FT jobs can be worse as you never know what kinda shit u may get into.
