LCA Amendment with company address change

hello all,

I wanted a clarification regarding address change:

My company changed address recently from address City A to address City B (same county, same metropolitan area). Do you know if I need to do any LCA Amendment?
I had consulted a lawyer regarding this, he said we don't need to do any LCA Amendment since it is the same metropolitan area.
Also I am not getting any clear answers from any other websites.

Wanted to cross check with you all. If anybody know please help.

Hi there,
This is exactly what my company's attorney had told me. If the new location is within commuting distance/same metropilitan area there is no need for a LCA amendment .

If anybody thinks otherwise please feel free to correct me.

I had the same situation a few years back (Menlo Park to Fremont, CA) if you know the area. The attorney said no need for new LCA.

Thanks. Yes it is within driving distance, just the city is different.

I was tensed because I didn't know the right answer.
With all the H1 issues going on nowadays because of location, I wanted to confirm.

Say when I file my H1 extension, then the employer address is the going to be the new one, in the LCA.
So was concerned if it will raise any red flags.
What do you all think?
