Good afternoon,
I have an H-1 visa and currently in the second step of the process requesting my residency. I married last december a citizen from the Netherlands, he has a tourist visa since one time he was denied to come in the U.S. My first question is this, we want to change his status to a H-4 dependant visa. He will fly in March to the U.S., where do I need to take him in order to arrange this inside the U.S.? My second question is it still time to include him in the request of my residency if so which documents would he need to bring from abroad?
