Default H1B Transfer and Stamping Issue(Need urgent help)

Hello Everyone,

I came to US last year on H4 Visa and started working as a consultant from March 2012 for a Consultancy Firm in California who sponsored my H1B visa.
Currently I have got full-time offers from 2 companies in California.
One is a big Indian company(similar to Infosys, Wipro) and the other is a start-up US company(10 employees).

I am unable to decide which one of them is a safe option as I am reading a lot about US Visa probe against Indian service companies(including big companies like Infosys) on allegations of violating visa norms.

I am planning to go to India in Dec 2012 and hence I need to get my passport stamped with H1 visa.
This would be my first visit to India after H4 to H1B COS.

I have the following queries -

Is it better to join US startup company or big Indian company?
How many paystubs are needed for first time H1B stamping?
If I join a small startup US company, will it cause ay problem during my Visa Stamping.
Both the companies(offers I have got) do consulting for other companies. Is consulting a dangerous option for H1B stamping?

Thank you very much for the help in advance.

There is no crystal ball to it. I have seen people's visa getting rejected via Infosys and getting stamped with very small desi consulting firms and Vice Versa.

Think about long term. All I can say is working in Indian big firms like Infosys/Wipro is at best described as CRAP s*h*i*t. Very long hours, crappy morale, late night calls,, offshore calls, weekend work.. You will be treated like S*h*i*t. Very retarded work culture. Plus they wont sponsor green cards at all. If the engagement with client ends, these companies will ask you to move back to India. Unless you want to be a loser in life, you don't want to end up there.

Think about your career, GC, long term future etc and make an informed decision. Good Luck
