travel on OPT

I am on an F1 student visa.. I graduated last month and I got a job offer letter. My OPT period begins on June 4th 2012 and my job start date is on July 11 2012. I plan to travel to India in the middle of this period. Frome June 1st to June 30th. Would I have any problems during re entry. I will be carrying:

Passport and a visa
A job offer letter
ead card
I20 with travel signature
