H1 Transfer - Havent entered the US yet.

Hi All,
I have a H1 visa from a Company A, but i havent entered US yet.Since the company A is not doing good, they allowed me to get it transferred to a company B (I searched for company B). Company B says my visa can be transferred without any issues (even tho i dont have pay stubs etc).They say something like, it comes under "H1-B Non CAP under consular processing".

The Questions are,

>Is this possible
>If the authorities dont agree, will my existing H1 become Void.
> If i get it transferred will i face problems in Port of entry.

Please help me with these questions.

P.S: I tried to search the forums for this info, but i cudnt get any Info.So im posting this question.

Once H1-B is issued, you are out of quota & can get transfers. You must however have the receipt of your new application before changing over.
