My application for H1 was received by USCIS on April 11, its been almost 2.5 months, it is still in initial review. It is a non premium application. Has anybody in the non premium category got their H1 approved?

I had H1B Transfer filed on Nov 7, 2011 and approved on Feb 10, 2012. So, it was 3+ months

3 to six months. Anywhere in between. First time applications take more time.
