How long takes time to HR 3012 in Sanate?

Do we know when this bill can be brought into the Senate floor? & when voting in sanate, cause now election time all politicians busy in election campain after election nothing we do. before election push in to sanate is that happen?.......

Senate is in recess till second week of July. It'll also in recess from the first week of August till first week of September (it'll be all about elections then).

So, there's a ~three weeks window in July. That's it.
