Default H1B and H4 restamping visa help
We have just got our I797A and the extension is upto 8th January 2013. We are travelling to india in august and will be getting our visa restamped . Should the validity of the extension matter since its less than 6 months .

Need urgent help on this as i need to book my flt tkts today !

No, it does not matter. Make sure your passport is valid more than six months beyond the day on which you appear for your visa interview.
