VFS website- New question on H1B visa renewal

Hello all,

my wife is going to india for her first H1B stamping after 3 years. she came to US on F-1 and did COS to H1b. this is her first stamping in her passport. my questions are:

1. in the vfs website for making an appointment, the first question is are you an indian/bhutan citizen or an indian citizen resident in US. which one should my wife select. she is living in the us since 3 years and has never gone to india in this 3 years.

2. in vfs website also here is a question whether you are applying for a new visa or a renewal of visa of same class. she has f-1 stamped in her visa and no other visa. what she should select renewal or new visa??

1. She should select "Indian Citizen Resident in US". The other option is for F-1 visa.

2. She is applying for a new H-1 visa, right. It is not renewal of the same visa class. She didn't have visa stamping for the same status (H-1b) before. So, it will be a new visa.
