Default h4 visa study

Hello,
My wife was working in india and now is on h4 in california from last 10 months.
She has Bcom+MbA(hr&marketing) from India.

She wanted to study something so that she can be busy and possibly get a h1b visa in future.

1) What to study? computer science or MBA, what is better to get a job in usa (Most Importan question)
2) What exams are needed for it GRE/TOEFL/GMAT. Can she start studying without those exams?
3) How long does it take to finish the masters so as H1b can be applied.
4) Can we convert from h4 to f1 and then get a CPT/OPT at the last moment to save instate tuition fees.
5) Any issues converting to f1 and getting stamped in india?

Your feedback would be appreciated a lot

Thanks
Babu
