Question on Travel to USA for work while working in Canada?

I am working in Canada as a temporary worker for last few years, and have my H1B permit to work in US. My employer needs me in the USA for a month or 2 to work at their location.

For this short term requirement, pls let me know
1) If I can travel to USA on H1 & return back to Canada on my current temp work permit (the same employer at both places; payroll at Canada).
2) and if it is possible for me to travel every 2 weeks between the two countries holding both H1B visa and Canadian temporary work permit.

If you have your H1b stamp in your passport and it is valid, you can travel in between as many times as you want.
