Need information about F1 from belgium?

This is Hanimi from india,now i'm in belgium on student visa.i want to apply for F1 visa to USA from belgium.

Qualification:MCA from Osmaniuniversity-india 2010 passedout

Exp:2.5 yrs of exp in IT Sector.

1)Can i apply visa from here?
2)was anybody done the process from belgium?

please giude me regarding this

1)Can i apply visa from here? YES U CAN. REFER THE COREESPONDING U.S. CONSULATE WEBSITE FOR F1 VISA REQUIREMENTS. AT THE VERY LEAST, YOU WILL NEED I-20 FROM AN ACCREDITED COLLEGE AND DOCUMENTATION THAT VALIDATES YOUR CLAIM OF BEING ABLE TO SUPPORT URSELF.
2)was anybody done the process from belgium? - I DIDN'T DO. I KNEW PEOPLE THAT MOVED FROM GERMANY TO U.S.

GRE/TOEFL/IELTS could ONLY be requirements of the college that issues the I-20 but not the consulate.

Refer the International Students Requirements on the college website to learn what is required and not required. Most of the colleges ask for GRE and TOEFL and there are some colleges that waive the requirement under special circumstances (i don't have either list of such colleges or the circumstances that result in waiver).
