transfer of university

Hi All,

I have a pending H1 -> F1 change of status application.

I have applied that after I received an admission from University A.
Now, I got an admission from University B which I prefer to join.

My question is,

Can I apply for transfer of university as soon as my current H1-F1 becomes successful ?
