Default How to complaint against employer to USCIS?

Respected Attorney,

I filed my H1B Visa Case with an employer in July/Aug 2009. I had been asking for my H1B Filing case status Receipt from them since then. They are not ready to provide me with the same and also I am now worried about my legal status in USA as I dont know whether they had filed my case or not. I had already paid them for filing my case. I am currently employed with Kaiser Permanente as a contractor for this employer. They are not even paying me as well my monthly salary that I am supposed to receive from them. I have no choice but to file a complain against this company with Department of Labor and USCIS concerning my case. Please guide me and let me know the formalities I have to do or the procedure of filing my complaint with Department of Labor as well as USCIS.

Thank a lot in advance.

Mihir.

Thank you once again for all your help.

Can I know the online links of websites for ICE if you have a direct web address to it or contact information for the concerned authority or department?

Sincerely,

Mihir.

Dude, Sorry to hear that you are having miserable experience with your company.
On the other hand, you must know something called "google" that would answer all you questions.
When a poster has replied to contact ICE, If I were you, I would 'google' and search for address, contact details etc...unless I don't know anything about internet, I would keep posting followup questions...
Do some research urself and good luck.

Hello LostInGCProcess !

Thanks for your valuable suggestions.

I was just trying to find out if there is any shortest way to do it and may be somebody like me might have already gone thru this before and made an easy way to solve it instead of going thru searching on the internet for hours reviewing all the details. I am going thru really tough conditions at this time and definitely this is not a fun game that I was trying to play here. I am really an internet savvy and know how to work on internet but when you dont have enough of time to do all that you need to, you always try to find the best possible alternatives that you can. Sorry for being so blunt and rude but its based on my sitaution that I am getting frustrated. If you were in my place you would have understood the circumstances I am going thru...

Sorry about that once again.

Thanks

Mihir.
