jokes apart, experts from the immigration field advice to stick with the employer, who filed your gc for, at least 6months. if you filed AC21 and used EAD then with the current employer, since you are showing the job is same/similar to the PERM. just to avoid any issues during citizenship,i guess..

I am assuming yours was not AC21. If you had got GC through future employment but did not join/work as a employee of that company post GC then your intent is wrong so essentially USCIS might see this as a fraud case.

I am working for the same employer, but have not told HR or my boss that now I have GC.
