I don't think you can have a 2nd job when you are on EAD. However, I am not sure about it. Please consult an attorney for this and/or request other Gurus on IV to get the right answer.

Working on EAD is completely different than a GC. USCIS allows you to change a job after 180 days but when (IF) called for an interview one has to furnish a job with the same description and salary on a W2. One must not work on 1099 part/full time as per the rules of USCIS on changing a job.
