I was talking to my lawyer for the EAD AP renewal and she said USCIS is issuing it for 3 years. Is it true, or I need to change me attorney.

In order to Efile dependents EAD , should i create a new efiling account or can i use my efile account and file for dependent ??

Please let me know ..I never used efile till now and i dont want to mess up

I am post july 2007 filer, do I have to pay the fees for EAD or not. if not what do I have to submit to get the waiver.

Also can I e-file and get the waiver or do I have to do the paper filing?

post July means ??

If you have filed before 17 Aug 2007 ( and paid I 485 Fees of $395 ) then you have to pay fees for your EAD and AP renewal

If you have filed after 17 August 2007 and paid ~1010$ you need not pay for any EAD or AP
Renewal.

Last week I got AP approval and it was for 1 year. I don't think they are giving for 3 years. To my knowledge EAD for 2 years and AP for 1 year

yes I paid $395.. which means I have to pay for EAD and AP.. right? I read over some where on the USCIS website, stating post july 2007 filers the EAD fees is waived. I was again trying to search the same document and couldn't fiind it now.

If you applied for your first EAD before July 31, 2007, then you have to pay for the renewal.
I applied for my EAD on July 1, 2007 and this is my second renewal. We are on the same boat. I'm sending my second EAD renewal this Friday.

Here's the question;
If this is your second renewal, do you need to pay again? How about the third, the fourth?

Pleas let me know.
