Thanks for the info. May I know what happened to your I-140? Is it still in initial review stage after tranferred to the new service center?

Also, my I-140 transfer happened after I applied for my EAD & AP. Not sure if this has something to do with my recent applications.

Thanks for the info. I read it in many places many times and got an advise from an attorney that though I didnot file for AC21, there is nothing wrong with my legal status and as long as I have a valid employment that is in line with my original labor application, I'm fine. My GC may be approved when my PD becomes current without any RFE's because of this job change or USCIS may send an RFE for my new employment. I will wait to reply incase there is an RFE and if there are none, I will just sit back and relax. One less thing to worry about. My new employer will not entertain to start a new GC process and port my EB3 to EB2. I'm out of luck here.

It took less than 4 weeks for Document Production Status at TSC

How long after the card production ordered do you get the EAD. Suddenly my status online says they mailed the card 10 days back and I have not yet received it. Are the status updates with dates accurate.

I have applied for mine and my spouse's EAD on 6/22 and sent to Lewisville, TX through express mail and it was forwarded to Dallas Lock box and delivered today morning. Did any face such expreience?

I e-filed my EAD on 6/13 2010 at TSC and sent supporting docs to Dallas lockbox on 6/ 15. Delivered on 6/17 .

No LUDs on my 485 applicsation so for .
EAD application in initial review status.
