TSC EAD Renewal - Processing Time

I sent my application for EAD renewal in July 23, 2010 and as of today (93 days past from rcpt date) i am still in 'Initial Review'. I dont see any progress but my wife's EAD got approved in five weeks back in early sept and got her card in a week. I have tried all channels to expedite - Tried Info pass, opened a service request to expedite and yesterday sent DHS-7001 to Obustman's office with all details but i still havent made any progress. My current EAD has expired and i really dont any any option but to stop working.

Is anyone else in the same situation? I am wondering what else we can do other than just wait and watch? Does service request call (financial loss) really help? She said they will get back in 5 days and hevent back at all. By the way i didnt not receive any FP notice.

I applied on Aug 4 (which is USCIS receive date and notice date). Till today, the status is "Initial Review". I called USCIS CS last week. The lady was taking as if she was reading something to me really fast. I said it was more then 75 days so, please expedite my case, as I may lose the job. She said she cannot do that but would send out an request to see why it was taking so long. I did not get any email update or anything.
From that point on, I really dont know what to do. I am planning to call them today.

I emailed/talked to my sanators office on 3 occasions.
Went for 3 infopass appts. They were the ones who actually told me that the case was approved on 10/12 even tough the online status kept showing initial review until last evening.
Opened 2 SR (one was for expediting the case)
Was calling USCIS twice a week.
Got card production ordered email last evening.

We need to do every possible thing to expedite the EAD renewal. Hope this helps.

Today I got an RFE for my EAD renewal. My current EAD expires on Nov 13th. I am not sure what the RFE is about.
Do you know, usually what the RFE would be?
Do they take another 90 days to renew the EAD after an RFE?

Today got an email from CISOmbudsman saying they have received my DHS form and they have sent recommendation to USCIS for further review and expedited processing.

I known what USCIS will do know - they are going to put my case in RFE for no reason and then buy more time and pretend that they did try processing it within the 90 day period. Mine is now 95 days past. This is just rediculous. Can no one question these guys? Its so frustrating to go through this whole process.

I was wondering if anybody has recently (within last month) got their EAD approved through TSC. How long is it taking currently at TSC? It's been about 70 days for me and I am getting worried.

I would like to know the current processing times too. I had applied for interim in Feb 2009 and was approved within 3-4 weeks. I need to renew mine and will be sending out paper application in 2 days. I am just reading about all the delays. I had no idea and it's getting me worried. I am currently on Maternity leave and wonder if my company will let me go on additional unpaid leave as I can see I will not get mine by february.

I applied on November 20 (e-filed renewal at TSC), and status changed to card production ordered by Dec. 15. Got the card couple of days later. I never received the receipt notice though.

Any idea how long TSC is taking to process EAD/AP these days? It's been 2 months for me and I haven't even got FP notice yet.

I sent my application to TSC (correctly, based on my address) on 09/12 and they forwarded it to CSC. CSC then forwarded it back to TSC on 10/07. So would they be counting 90 days from 09/12 or from 10/07?

I'm in NSC and it took less than 2 months. I also did it for my daughter and it also took less than 2 months.

Also, the mail delivery has changed from ordinary mail to priority mail which is good.

Mailed my AP and check cashed on Sept 2nd. Receipt date was Sept 7th. Status Approved AP on Oct 19th, received AP by mail on Oct 26th.

I think it took me 5 weeks but I can't remember.
