my case is AOS family based date april 09 interview november 09 intend to deny its in MSC 02/2010 and i did respond to it intill today i didnt hear any thing just they say its wait for descion is this good thing or what 2- if i was denied what i need to do ?

i have a AOS family based case and the lawyer said they maybe be deny for it can i apply in other while my case bending

since im nurse and have license her and i already worked her with my work permit
