when 485 pending pple r requesting AP to travel out and return back.

the question: 3 on page 3 of the I-131 applicatin - "If the travel document will be delivered to an overseas office, where should the notice to pick up the document be sent:"
in part 7 of the application --> can it be left empty???

since we r expecting to AP approval to arrive by mail to our mailing address, can we leave this question 3 on page3/part 7 EMPTY?

I am preparing my AP renewal and have an question now with Q#3 : Class of Admission?, I am still working in H1 but while entering i used my AP.Please advice.

class of adm is basically the status into which u were put when u entered US thro a POE.

i think in ur case u can give "Parolee (AOS)" or "Paroled pending AOS"

see below link; looks like pple have sucessfully used those texts and gotten approvals.

I left it empty last time. It was approved. The only question I answered in Part 7 was "how many trips do you intend to use...".....I said multiple.

Is anyone out there willing to share the docs and procedures they followed for AP
e-filing?

... and prepared the following documents to be send:

-Copy of a e-filed I-131 receipt (.pdf, received right after submission, credit card payment reflected)
-Copy of Notice of Action for e-filed I-131 (received from USCIS, paper)
-Copy of I-485 receipt
-Copy of last Advance Parole
-2 photographs.

I hope this is what is required as supplemental docs.

Expected Length of Trip ? Is it safe to mention 4 months or ??

I have done e-filing for my AP renewal. I read the instructions to see what documentation I need to mail,but I did not find any documentation specifically for e-filing. Does this mean that there is no need to send any documents? I heard USCIS will take picture during biometrics which is all they need. Can you please share your experiences on this. thanks a lot.

You need to send all the documents asap.They will send biometrics notice for E-filed EAD , but I am not sure about E-filed AP.
