Default what menu options you guys choose to speak to uscis customer representative

Hi..
I have been trying the USCIS customer service number to find out updates on my I-485 case, my case status on the website is received and pending, and I get the same message in the automated answer.. I am not finding what menu option to press to speak to a representative to find out more info.
Mainly, I'm looking for information about things like is name check cleared, is case assigned to officer or allocated visa number.. I am EB3, PD current in May and June, then unavailable afterwards, my receive date is few days after their current processing date..

I got to talk to one person but he said he is not allowed to give me any info other than that I got on the website (ie received and pending)
