Middle Initial issue on online AP filing

When I filed AP online, it prompted me to enter "Middle initial" with a warning saying that Middle initial is needed (even though it is not a required field). I do not have a middle initial. It does not accept space and you cannot fill "NA" or "No Middle name" since it is a single character field. It took me to the verify form etc but then it failed at credit card payment and submission. It does not generate confirmation.

Those of you who have been in similar situation, can you please advise how did you handle this.

Just leave it blank. When you give credit card information it is not failing but sequence of events could be confusing, here is what happens and what you need to do

1) You click "Certify Forms" after entering all info, at this stage it will show blank middle initial as a warning.

2) After entering CC info, etc you click on "I Agree".

3) At this stage it will show you a screen again complaining about blank middle initial with two buttons " Fix Errors ", " Certifiy Forms ". Now, you just need to go ahead and click on " Certify Forms " again. thats it.

if you click on "Fix Errors" you will come back to same stage and it will repeat till you enter some middle initial, to break it you just need to ignore the warning and click on "Certify Forms".

I used '-' for middle name as i don't have any middle name. I got finger prints for EAD and corrected it at the center. Got to call the CC and find out the implications/corrections.

I would appreciate if anyone could provide a list of documents that need to be sent along with e-filed AP Confirmation receipt. I have read several threads but confused on what is required for AP alone.

Are these sufficient?

1) Confirmation for E-File I-131
2) Copy of I-485 receipt
3) 2 passport size photographs
4) Copy of Approved I-140

What is the fees for renewal of AP alone?

What else need to be submitted along with receipt for e-file?

I have sent the below documents and mine got approved.(efile)

Receipt for e-file
Copy of Previous Advance Parole document,
Copy of I-94 card front and back,
Copy of visa page of passport in color,
Copy of driver's license front and back in color,
Copy of I-485 receipt notice,
Copy of I-140 approval notice,
Copy of Marriage certificate + primary applicants I-485 receipt (if applying for spouse),
Signed statement requesting advance parole

Fee for I-131 is $305
