I-485 mailing address - URGENT

I am little confused about the mailing address for I-485 form. I have pending I-485, employment based at Nebraska service center and I need to file 485s for dependents. Reading I-485 instructions, It is not clear if i have to send these forms to a lock box facility or Nebraska service center. I have to send these forms out tomorrow, so any information you can share very much appreciated.

My company's lawyer advised to send the packet to NSC when I asked about filing location. this was few weeks back. Since then USCIS updated address on I-140 instruction to dallas lockbox and the I-485 instructions is pointing to use address on I-140 instructions I am going to send it to dallas lock box, crossing my fingers. I will know by tuesday it the form is accepted or not.

I had the same question on mailing address, I called the 1-800-375-5283 the automated message says the Dallas Lockbox as per the latest I-485 form.

Another Question, Are any of you guys submitting I-134 affidavit of support for their derivative spouses ?

or just the employment letter and the W2 tax returns?

Yes, you need to complete I-134 for derivative application.
