I am filing I-485 and concurrent I-765 EAD for my wife based on my approved I-140 and pending I-485 (EB2). In question 16) under eligibility category what should I put ? I put (c) (9) is it correct ?

Yes, you put (c)(9) in the eligibility criteria for an I765 application filed when you have a pending I485 application.
