Hello,

I have one doubt on my wife's I-485 is that "PRIORITY DATE" column contains November 04 2011. I am primary applicant & PRIORITY DATE for me is September 16 2007 so shouldn't PD be the same i.e. Sep-16-2007 for my wife also ??

For my spouse ( derivative) , it is blank

I think it does not matter what the priority date is on the I-485 (both my spouse and I had no date for the priority date box). However, when the GC was approved, both of our GCs were approved at the same time and it was according to the priority date on the I-140 approval (which was the same as the day the labor was filed).
However, this is at best a guess - I am not sure how it will affect your wife since it looks like that box has a priority date.

I have the same issue, my wife's priority date is the date uscis received the 485 application, i have contacted attorney he had sent an email to uscis, we might hear back in couple of weeks.

The PD on the derivative should be blank.

My attorney said their office has contacted USCIS to correct the PD on my wife's(derivative) I-485 and issue a new receipt notice. They said we might hear from USCIS within this month.
The PD on her I-485 receipt is blank right now.
