urgent advice on EAD RFE

I efiled I-765 and i-131 concurrently on 03/04/2012 the application got assigned to Texas service center.

Now I got a RFE today asking to submit the primary alien's I-140 in the following language.

from rfe mail - Please submit evidence of the principal alien underlying petition I-140 I-526,I-360 or I-130 as we are unable to verify this in our systems. If the petition was filed under a different name and/or A-number, please submit documentation.

Some more background - My i-485 is filed at Nebraska service center and I-140 as well. I-140 was approved in april 2007, I-485 filed in June 2007.
Until now I had done paper filling of EAD ( at NSC, with success 3 times in the past), this was the first time I did efile and also noticed the application was assigned at Texas service center.

I do not have the I-140 and have utilized AC21 to a different employer in 2009 (I-140 was approved in 04/2007 itself). All I have is the I-140's application number.
I had tried in the past to get the I-140 from my past employer but they had refused. I-140 has not been revoked I know.

In light of the above facts, gurus please advice me to respond to this crucial RFE.

I called up USCIS and asked them, what information is needed and they told me, I-140 application number would be enough. I wrote a RFE reply with the I-140 application number and got EAD in a about 10 days.

Thank you for the response. Did your online status also got updated for both I-765 and I-131?
Also, did you get a 2 yr combo card?

No combo card unfortunately. Glad to get EAD well in time.
