How many times does USCIS sends Finger printing notice? I had e-filed my applictaion for EAD/AP combo card and sent the documents via mail. I received a notice for FP from USCIS. This will be my 3rd FP. I thought you are done after yoru first two FPs which I had done in 2007, 2008-2009 timeframe. Is it normal to receive the FP notice for the 3rd or 4th time ?

Please advise.

If you mail in your application, you will not receive a fingerprint notice. I have done it 4 times now and never had a fingerprint requested.
