Get USPS tracking# for your EAD/Combo card

Once you receive a status update on your EAD/Combo application saying that USPS has picked up your card, do the following to get the USPS tracking # for your EAD/AP combo card:

1) Call USCIS customer service # 1-800-375-5283
2) Press 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - for the series of options
3) Dial your EAD application receipt # LINxxxxxxxxxx on your keypad (i.e. 546xxxxxxxxxx)
4) Press 1 to confirm the receipt # you entered
5) Press 3 to report a problem

Then a first level customer service rep will verify your identity and then read your case status like a robot. You have to tell the rep that you want the USPS tracking # for your EAD that has been mailed to you. The rep will read some message again like a robot and transfer you to the second level rep, who will re-verify your identity and then give you the 22-digit tracking #. Verify the tracking # once you have written it.

To verify identity they will ask for your name, address and may be ssn and your A#.
