I am EB2, Apr'09... and I received RFE in July'12. It was mailed to Attorney. I guess they are
pre-adjudicating your case.

what kind of RFE u received?
may I know what kind of RFE u received.. and the evidence u submitted them?
did both primary/secondary got RFEs or only one? actually I ported my date [EB2-EB2 only] from old employer to new employer I am not sure whether RFE is related to this or some other

Mine was regarding secondary evidence for DOB as it was registered late. RFE only for me not for my spouse.
